ORDERS
Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the day they are placed.
Customers receive email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates will include order confirmation and shipment confirmation. For additional status update questions please email me.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
DELIVERY
UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International orders will be shipped by Parcel Force International Tracked & Signed For. (Please contact me directly if you would like to place an order)
Tracking number will be supplied to the customer once order has been dispatched.
Please ensure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order because if the items are returned to me and require re-postage I reserve the right to charge the recipient.
DUTIES AND TAXES
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, it will be subject to duties and import taxes. This is the responsibility of the recipient to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
RETURNS
As I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, items may be exchanged or returned within 2 weeks from when you receive your order.
Returns are only accepted providing the items are returned in their original condition. You will be refunded within 30 days of me recieving the goods.
Please note I do not refund shipping charges and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please email me quoting your name and reason for return and I can supply you with the returns address.
Care has been taken to securely package the products however if the products are damaged during postage then please let me know as soon as they arrive. If you do not report this immediately then I will not accept any responsibility for the damage and I am not obliged to reimburse you.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Please note that due to the handmade nature of my work there can be slight variations from product to product. Care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and photographs however please be aware that due to the making process the product you receive may not be identical to that photographed.
It is important you are happy with your purchase so if you have any concerns once recieving your order please contact me immediately.
